Terms -

A 50% deposit is due on all ordered items. The balance is due before shipment of the item.

Return Policy -

Before returning any items you must call - 1-800-953-8729 from 8:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday to obtain a return authorization number. Items sent back without a return authorization number will be refused.

All returned items must be returned in their original boxes and/or crates and properly packaged to avoid damage in shipping. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase. All returned or cancelled items are subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee charge plus freight both ways. Items returned in damaged or severly used condition which cannot be resold as new have a 30% restock fee.

All returned items are subject to inspection for use and damage before a credit is issued. You may incur additional charges if product is returned in damaged condition.
